Getting started
We want you to feel safe, informed, and at ease before, during, and after every session.
Before your session
Once you book with your preferred therapist, you'll receive a confirmation email, a consent form, and an online intake form via our software Halaxy. Please complete these before your first session. A reminder email will follow 48 hours before your session. If your appointment is via Telehealth, the video link will be sent just before your session time — please don't worry if your therapist is a few minutes behind.
Arriving at the clinic
Come to our healing sanctuary in Fremantle. There is ample free street parking available. Make yourself a cup of tea and wait for your therapist to call you in. Our space is designed to feel warm, safe, and unhurried.
During a session
Sessions always go at the pace and depth you are willing to go. Emotions may arise — this is all part of the process and all emotions are accepted and welcomed. Some sessions will be deeper; others more celebratory. You are always valued and respected. If you have specific expectations, share them with your therapist so they can meet you there.
After your session
You may feel relieved and lighter, or you may feel tired and heavy. Both are normal. Allow yourself space after sessions to nurture and care for yourself — mind, body, and soul need time to process. Some people like to let a trusted person know they had a session so they can check in afterwards.
When we're available
Admin communications are checked every day 7–8am. Messages left overnight will be seen then. The reception desk is staffed at the following times:
Monday
4:30–6:30pm
Tue & Wed
5:00–7:00pm
Thu & Fri
1:00–3:00pm
24 hours notice required for cancellations — manageable directly through Halaxy.
