Holistic Counsellor
Kel is a compassionate holistic counsellor with a particular specialisation in grief, loss, and life transitions. She holds space with great warmth and steadiness, creating an environment where clients feel safe to explore even the most tender places within themselves.
Kel's approach weaves together Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping), and mindfulness-based practices. She believes healing is not linear, and that grief in all its forms — loss of a person, a relationship, an identity — deserves to be honoured.
Kel facilitates EG Psychology's grief support groups, bringing the same presence and care to the group setting that she offers in individual sessions.
She is passionate about helping clients build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves as they move through difficulty and toward greater wholeness.
