Psychologist
Jason is a psychologist who approaches therapy as a deeply human, sacred space — one that invites reflection, honesty, and courage. He has over 15 years of experience working with sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, substance misuse, addictions, existential angst, relationships, anxiety, grief, depression, suicidality, trauma, and life transitions.
Jason has a unique background working with military and emergency personnel, policing, forensic contexts, and women's wellbeing. The polarity of his experiences means his capacity is wide and deep — able to hold an array of life experiences with steadiness and care.
Rooted in an existential perspective, his work centres on questions of meaning, authenticity, freedom, and belonging, rather than focusing solely on diagnosis or symptom relief. Jason helps fellow humans explore how they relate to life's uncertainties and how one might live with greater intention and self-understanding.
Jason welcomes clients aged 16 and above as individuals and couples.
"I see therapy not as fixing, but as an honest engagement with life's essential questions. There are no premeditated treatment plans, or labels prior to contact."
